Personally, I love grilled cheese sandwiches for a number of reasons, the main one being its simplicity. I love knowing that it would only take me a couple of seconds and a few steps in order to perfect some grilled cheese greatness.

So, when I saw this tasty (yet complicated) process I was a tad skeptical at first. But as soon as I saw that mouth-watering cheese scraped onto that piece of bread I was in. Now all I need to do is get me one of those fancy cheese melters and I'm in business!
