Gemma Stafford, the professionally-trained, Irish chef, is back with another great video for all you bakers out there. This time Gemma takes a crack at one of America's most popular snack foods: the Pop-Tart. According to a Wall Street Journal article from just last year, sales of Pop-Tarts have continued to rise for the past 32 years. Amidst all the emerging health trends and diets, Kellogg's staple product has hung on. The pastry snack has been going strong since its introduction back in 1964.

Now, Pop-Tarts don't exactly seem like something you would just whip up at home, but surprisingly it doesn't seem that difficult. On top of that, it's probably a bit healthier, and more rewarding, to make these in your own kitchen. Gemma's video instructs viewers on how to make three different kinds of Pop-Tarts for all your varying needs. Check it out below and let us know if this is something you might try at home. If you enjoyed the video be sure to share it on Facbeook!
