For those of you who enjoy a glass of wine from time to time, this one's for you. After all, studies have shown that red wine, in moderation, can do the body good. According to Yale-New Haven Hospital, the antioxidants found in the skin and seeds of red grapes can reduce the risk of coronary heart disease. Now that's not to say that if you don't drink you should start doing so, as occasional and heavy drinkers have a higher mortality rate than regular drinkers - according to the same source. For you moderate drinkers out there, take solace in the fact that it may be contributing to your good health!

In the video below, Melany Vasquez takes viewers through a step-by-step guide on how to make wine gummies. The recipe is easy to follow and only requires three ingredients: one cup of wine (white or red), four tablespoons of gelatin, and two to four tablespoons of maple syrup. Check out the video to see Melany's procedure to make the perfect gummy. She's certainly piqued my curiosity!

What do you think about wine gummies? Would you try making these at home? Will you use white or red wine? Share your answers and thoughts with us down below or on Facebook. And if you know someone who will enjoy this video as much as we did, share it with them!
